Positive, I loved the spacious room with a great river view. The swimming pools were a hit with my family. Exceptional service from the staff, especially the manager. The buffet breakfast had a fantastic variety to enjoy. a wonderful stay! 🌟

The Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi impressed me with its cleanliness. the room was spacious with a modern bathroom and a fantastic shower. I loved the comfy beds with crisp sheets. Ms. Ivy H, the hotel manager, provided exceptional service, offering helpful tips in perfect English that saved me a lot of hassle during my stay in China. The buffet breakfast had a good variety, making mornings enjoyable. the pool was closed. check-in was a bit cold, with a receptionist who seemed annoyed with my questions. While these initial interactions were lacking warmth, most staff members throughout the week were friendly and welcoming. The location by the river was serene, allowing for a peaceful stay. WiFi was consistently good, making it easy to stay connected.

We had a spacious, clean room with a fantastic shower that really stood out. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided the perfect spots to relax after a day of exploring.
